1. Introduction

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation or other legal entity.
• You must not be listed on any government exclusion list or self-exclusion register.
• You must only hold one account on Lucky 55. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed at our discretion.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Lucky 55 carries out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and may request copies of your CNIC, proof of address, or other documents before processing withdrawals. Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Your Lucky 55 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. Lucky 55 will never contact you asking for your password or full card details under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at support@lucky55-bangla.com. Lucky 55 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the account holder has been negligent in protecting their credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Lucky 55 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR and must be made using the following approved payment methods only:

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit, as an anti-money laundering (AML) measure. Lucky 55 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal above Rs 100,000. We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days, but processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4.1 Refused Transactions

Lucky 55 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that appears suspicious, potentially fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the user will be notified and asked to provide supporting documentation within 48 hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Lucky 55 regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be used within 7 days of being credited, after which they expire automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per user, per household, and per device.
• Lucky 55 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it believes the user is exploiting the promotion in bad faith.
• Bonus funds and real funds are kept separately in the wallet. Real funds are used first unless otherwise specified.

Lucky 55's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Betting Rules and Fair Play

All bets placed on Lucky 55 — whether on sports, PSL cricket, esports, Ludo games, or fishing games — are subject to the specific game or sport rules in addition to these general Terms. You accept the following when placing any bet on Lucky 55:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled after placement except where explicitly permitted by Lucky 55.
• Lucky 55 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in violation of game rules.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any third-party tool to place bets is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes is considered fraud and will be referred to relevant authorities.
• Lucky 55 monitors all betting activity. Patterns consistent with match fixing, arbitrage abuse, or other dishonest conduct will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6.1 Odds and Settlements

Odds displayed on Lucky 55 are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to your wager. Settlement of bets follows official results from the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL matches, recognised esports organisers for gaming events, etc.). In cases of disputed results, Lucky 55's internal review team makes a final determination within 72 hours.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by your bank or payment provider.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination and Suspension

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. If a resolution cannot be reached internally, the matter may be escalated to an independent arbitrator.

By accepting these Terms, you agree to attempt internal resolution before seeking any other legal recourse.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The failure of Lucky 55 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lucky 55 regarding your use of the platform.
